Sitting on the beach, listening to the roaring of the sea, watching every wave wash ashore, only to return to the arms of its mother, feeling her tender touch reaching out for all life between the naked sand, feeling her love for each and every living creature within her, makes me realize once more; I truly love you, from deep within. Strong and powerful as her waves; tender as her touch, reaching out to you, as her waves gently reach out to touch the sand, soul to soul; roaring, for I want the world to know how magnificent it feels to experience this love; fulfilled with a feeling of complete and utter love for all that is within me, as it is you who are so much within and part of me; and because of you, life is a better and sweeter thing and tears fill my eyes, when I think of the love and meaning you bring into my life. Oh...my...goodness! I adore this poem, truly there is no feeling like the love for one's children! *sigh* Thank you for the smiles. May I never be too busy to help another's load, Then I'll be drinking from the saucer 'cause my cup has overflowed. --Author Unknown |
