Replacing your tympani with little audio receivers,
So that wherever on earth you happen to be,
Your husband or mother can dial into your right ear
Without any hesitation or loss of time,
While as for your left ear, it's fully equipped
To listen to any of your favorite programs
Sent from absolutely anywhere in the world,
Or just to the weather channel.  Awesome!

Better yet, we will soon have the ability
To replace your corneas with teeny-tiny
T.V. sets, so never again will you miss
Anything that's on, anywhere.
                              Except, of course,
What's happening immediately around you,
And that's seldom of much interest anyway,
Is it?

I'm with Hoot!! Where are some of the ones you skipped over. Well???? No really, I liked this one although I don't watch much TV so can we just skip the cornea thing? And I don't want my mother hangin' out in my ear either. Maybe if ya got a mute button or somethng LOL

With technology being as it is today, it wouldn't surprise me...hehehehe...but can I have my corneas implanted with Passions in Poetry instead of T.V.?

The truth must come out, I guess. I only get the odd numbers -- one of my friends gets the even ones, that was the deal. And it seems that SHE doesn't want to post hers.

Also, I skipped three topics because they really just didn't inspire me. But I thought of a way around that, and the poems with which I met (or maybe evaded) the challenge will be posted in a few minutes.
