Touch a life a heart a soul With kindness understanding and peace Allow yourself to be touched Whether soft as a butterfly's wing Or sut to your depths like a razor We are after all human A soul encased in a shell Which finds touching pleasurable From the firmest handshake To the tenderest kiss We are creatures of sensation Touch and be touched And in the touching Come alive Words are my medicine. Read and live and love and heal! |

Beautifully worded, and so full of meaning! How DO you do it??? Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... |

I agree! A touch can mean so much! Lovely poem! Denise And slight is the sting of his trouble Whose winnings are less than his worth; For he who is honest is noble, Whatever his fortunes or birth.~~~Alice Cary, ~Nobility~ |

E: (Your name is too long at this time of night..*g*) "Touch and be touched And in the touching Come alive" I do so agree and the smallest of words can become giant parts of our memories as well, add that to touch and the memory becomes unforgettable.. HUGS Don't ask me where I'm going, just listen when I'm gone and far away you'll hear me singing softly to the dawn. |

Hello, There are moments when a touch is the only response that's needed and it speaks more than words. Really enjoyed your poem. It took me back to a special moment. Danny |
