Moment Of Truth (Part 1)

This is one of my personal favorites.

The time in life,
when you find out what you're made of.
It could mean whether or not,
if you're in the right club.
It's the time in life,
when you made that one choice
and wondered whether or not,
it would be your last voice,
to make some noise.
In life,
I know that I want to be sucessful, happy,
living comforatable, and married.
I try to live my life by the Bible
so that my life would be more delightful.
I don't want to stumble or crumble
and bust like a bubble.
When I die, I hope to find myself in heaven,
just like my deceased cousin Kevin,
who died at the tender age of eleven.
But it's up to God,
to decide my moment of truth.
So as I continue,
to live my life as a socially-conscious youth,
I am living proof,
that you can suceed,
in whatever you put your mind to.
Nevertheless,
as time progress,
I will continue to strive for sucess.
One day, I believe that God will see,
through for me,
as I pursue,
to meet my moment of truth.
