Doea anyone remember that kids show "Puffnstuff"
or something like that. The one with the cute kid (so I thought then) and the trees that moved around? And were those yellow things, banana's? Or am I confusing "Banana's in Pyjama's" with them. Aarrgh!
Trying to remember, can anyone help me?

I used to love H.R. Puff-n-Stuff. Would get up every Saturday to watch it. Got a real kick out of Witchy-Poo

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we might as well dance.

OMGGGG Raph, you are a google . . .

ahaha OMG, who would ever know
the names of that boy and the octopus!
LMFAOOOO YES!
THAT and uh . . .
I think the writers of Davey and Goliath also were responsible for Gumby and Pokey.

*raising eyebrow*

Maybe the Wizard of Oz, too.
and Alice in Wonderland . . .
Tom and Jerry for that matter . . .

The Acme Company . . .

it's the government . . .
Jimmy Hoffa

Who really killed Marilyn Monroe?

sorry Maree . . . having flashbacks here.
Billy had a Bananas in PJ's book too with that laugh which ironically, sounded like Woody Woodpecker . . .

conspiracy?

Now all I can think of are those
scary Cabbage Patch dolls.

That PuffnStuff link was scary, I don't remember them TG.

I agree, unfortunately that was my childhood.  I think today's television is far worse than anything I was ever exposed to.

I look back with fond memory's  . . . I was just being silly up there.

Well, then, Sir Larry, we now consider you to either be in your second childhood, or 17, whichever you prefer, but one certainly comes at a slight cost...heh...

You guys crack me up! You should know that I live by the theory that it is never too late for a good childhood. BUT I grew up without television (for the most part) AND for the first ten years of my married life had no tv. Sadly I lack meaningful social skills as a result.
