What are you obsessed with? Okay, maybe not obsessed (denial is an ugly thing) but just absolutely in love with. Objects, people, places - anything! Okay, I'll start this lunacy.

- lingerie
- N'Awlins (*sigh*.. my love..)
- faeries
- art.. if you go to my photo page you can see me room.. the walls explain it all
- childrens' books
- Lestat (purrr..)
- cranberry juice
- hot baths
- pianos

And lately - beer, cigars, and old record players.

Okay.

I am obsessed with...

*clears throat*

Trashy goth music. Especially the comps!
Always being right. (My greatest downfall, I suppose.

)
Toys and figurines and stuffies.
Posters. (My room is a scary place.)
Pretty things in general. (With a twisted sense of what 'pretty' is.)
Boys wearing eyeliner. (Which goes under 'pretty' for me, but isn't obvious to most others.)

Let's see if Mike remembers all I accused him of being obsessed with.

I am obsessed with writing sad poems about drowning.

- MUSIC! I have to have music playing at all times and I soak up musical/artist info like a sponge!
- downloading rare and unique music off of the internet
- gambling (it's not the money, though - I'm a numbers freak! I'm on a senseless quest to "beat the odds" and "cheat the system" lol)
- the occult (I don't practice it as a lifestyle (lol), but I am so fascinated with all things dark, evil, magical and horrific!

)
- women's eyes and hair and the tantalizing combinations of these two things.

- and of course, finding my "one true love" so I can make all of my mushy romantic dreams come true! (lol)

Try downloading rare and bootleg Prince. He has tons of music out there that is very hard to find in a recorded format, especially his live stuff; and downloading him is like closing your eyes and reaching into a candy bowl - you'll either pull out something that makes you go "Ewwwww, that is horrible" or something that makes you go "WOW! That is awesome!"

The whole area of biting/being bitten is also very, very cool.

Clawing is just harmless affection!

I put it in the same category as "cookie".

This has to be explained.

Okay, my brother (about 24 hours without sleep) was just sitting in his bedroom one day when it dawned on him that it would be amazingly annoying to just poke someone and say a word that has nothing to do with anything. So he tried it out on his friends, and he finally settled on the word "cookie," but no one in his group picked it up.

I brought it over to my group, and suddenly it's a phenomenon.

If you're bored, y' poke someone and say cookie. If you're being affectionate, y' poke someone and say cookie. If you wanna say hello, y' poke someone and say cookie. It's all rather simple.

So yeh, with me, clawing, "cookie," and softs hits are all just ways of showing someone that they're your friend.

Oh, I suppose "cookie" could be another obsession! I do it often enough.
