revised The Showman Did Albert Einstein write poetry ? It would be something else to see.. He would tell us the speed of light. The square root of infinity.. He may even take us, to where ? The place that we have never been . It will be so interesting, that we will want to go again. So Mr. Einie, come tweak our ear., with all that strange gobbledy.... I’ll have to make this a sonnet, nothing rhymes with gobbledy.... Sadly he’s a fancy showman, that was never heard of again. [This message has been edited by chopsticks (10-21-2007 01:09 AM).] |

Hi Chopsticks! Yeah, but it's a funny enough blooper. When I write myself into a corner, I hope it's a corner booth with a beer and acouple of fiends. Best, Jim |

Ocean, thanks for the comment . Your writing plan sounds like a winner to me. |

I liked it. When Ess gets up, he can go after the meter, but I enjoyed it. One suggestion, perhaps, is that the end couplet should go back to the dominant theme rather than a complete break. Maybe Albert and you discussing sitting on a stove verses sitting next to a pretty girl of something. |
