Selfless acts,
And kind words,
Patient filled nature,
Of noble origin,

Sacrifice at every step,
Bestowing benefits upon stranger,

Invitations filled with a smile,
Foregoing indulgence for the time,

A being that walks in the shadows,
Giving attention to other woes,

Are these the acts?
Are these the reason?

Are these the values?
Of a simple man.

I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality.

The acts of a noble person: a nurse

The poem is noble because it honors neglected people.

The words are clear and not complex.
The thoughts are put forth clean and sharp.

Poems of uplift, which remind us of the best of others' natures, are among my favorites.

I have no critcism because you know what you are about.  I like this poem very much indeed, and will come back later on if I can find any fault in it through future readings.

I'll be reading it again for sure. Thanks
