This is so beautiful, I think it is what the French might call "triste"-romantically sad. Lovely poem....I stand as ever in awe of your talent with words and verse. He sang to me his eyes closed tight and reverie entangled refrains that grew within his heart where love is ever after. I saw his spirit whisper blow softly by my ear and the words that flowed will bring me peace for all the coming years Dearest Liz, thank you for this lovely poem and your thoughts of me...much love I'm sending your way. |
