Traffic sounds, a whisper in the trees I realize that these are sounds of my loneliness tears crashing upon my hands heart tightened with restricting bands signs of my loneliness a soft sigh sounds so loud in the middle of a noisy crowd need feeds my loneliness wondering in my mind if love is truly blind distance increases my loneliness |

Boy can I identify with this one, PdV. This is beautifully illustrated; a lot of deep meaning packed into a few words. |

*sigh* I know the feeling all too well--and believe me, sometimes I catch myself thinking that I'll never find the love I search for. But it's out there, and we will find it eventually...at least that's what ppl tell me! --Jamie "I know I should have told you But I was so afraid you'd leave And now there's nothing left to say Well nothing that you'd believe I never meant to hurt you With the things I couldn't say I promise you tomorrow While denying you today..." by Stabbing Westward |

Sad, but beautiful. Those must be pretty big tears to crash like that. ~Gene |

It was very much how I feel sometimes... tears crashing was effective...the whole thing was short and to the point... |

sad, sad. I had an image of you sitting in your car in the middle of traffic and just sitting there even when the light turned green, sitting and having the pain of lonliness hit you and you loose it and start to cry. I don't know what image you had when you wrote this, but that's what I thought of. Joy |

Loneliness can stab deeply, I know so well, as I'm sure most of us do. I sincerely hope your loneliness comes to an abrupt halt and someone fills your life to the brim. This is a beautiful piece and very poignant. Sheila ...the earth and myself are of one mind. The measure of the land and the measure of our bodies are the same........... Joseph, Nez Perce Chief |

Some times it feels that you are outside a house looking in the window. As soon as you enter reality changes. I've felt that. You've captured this well Jon |
