Freedom What are you going to do, friend with your precious liberty today? Are you going to spend it foolishly waste it, even squander it away? Blood bought, blood defended generations have died to preserve it. This priceless freedom; have you earned it do you think you might deserve it? Freedom to drink, to smoke it up freedom to squander wasting your days. Freedom to do absolutely nothing freedom to throw your freedom away. Freedom to vote, to help choose freedom to have, hear the days news. Freedom to worship, to speak out freedom to express, share your views. Shall I ask you again, my friend what you plan to do with your freedom today? Are you going to spend it foolishly or invest it wisely in a better way? We have the choice, duty even to honor blood spent on our behalf. A challenge to use our birthright building honor that shall ever-last. Come on now, we the people let’s get involved, write that letter. Do something, anything, everything spend our freedom making things better. Can you hear the future call, my friend asking you to help your fellow man? Please, spend and share your freedom wisely perhaps helping another... to understand? the artist once upon... |
