Pertinence 2
(Web of Existence)

Web of existence woven intricately
Eight legged creatures bountifully play
Spinning realms in conquest of feast

Within our abode, upon ceilings and walls
They inch their way around randomly
Dangling midair upon a thread of perseverance

Air travel in the finest degree of elegance
Until eyes of mine equal distance of flight
Sounds emitted alarm them…
And up and away they go

Into my mind spiraled thoughts of pertinence
So much life in different calibers of motion
How so intricately we all are woven into…
A universal web of existence.

Thanks to all who read the beginning Pertinence poem, and interacted with their views.

Sometimes we have to follow a stronger voice, even if it's silent.

Very good, Gloria! Now I get the first poem...good poetry can even come from watching spiders...I will never look at a spider in the same light again!

this is great i really liked it. Any spiders i ever yelled at never took notice though.lol
