Through the mirror of my mind I see reflections of my life. I see the times I spent in happiness and the times I spent in strife. I see the experiences life has brought me and the lessons that I've learned. I see the things that were placed before me and the things, for which, I've worked to earn. I see the accomplishments I've made, and the defeats I've had to overcome. I see the strength I thought I'd lost, and the emotional battles I've won. I see the pleasures of giving and the rewards the giving reaps. I see the love in my heart and the emptiness for which I weep. Through evaluation of my life's events, I've come to be who I am today. I keep myself moving in a forward direction without letting obstacles block my way. I see the image of the future as a journey into the unknown. I see the faith that keeps me going becomming fruitful seeds I've sown. |

A powerful statement about the learning process of life and the strength and heritage of faith. It speaks of your strength and your good heart. Sheila this is wonderful! |

Yeah, I agree, beautiful poem and great message, Sasikat! I'm still in the process of learning a lot of the basics, and I've got a long ways to go! Thanks for the poem! Little Spyro T. Dragon |

Beautiful poem. I wish all the world could see these things that you see, then it would be a better place. ~Gene |
