A Terrible Tragedy... |

I am here today to solemly announce, To say I'm shamed that death has claimed The life of my loved one--every ounce... A joyous time together we had, She'd so much in store, she made me glad, Endless hours that we shared, To nothing else can be compared... She bore my burden oh so well, To be without her was a living hell; She took so much of my life inside, She was wond'rous, as almost my bride! But then she died... She was so beautiful to see, Unparalleled in her symmetry; Her mind was quick and her power vast-- Others her type would be outclassed! Oh, how I loved her so much, Her gentle sounds, her generous touch... And to the repair shop I made a great dash; Why, o hard drive, did thou have to crash? Little Spyro T. Dragon |

You had me going too. For a moment, I thought it was a girl that died. Whew...so relieved. Nice poem. ~Astraea -who forgot to mention that her poem that she wrote called Night Dragons is dedicated to you, but probably isn't very good because it recieved no replies in this forum yet. "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |

Alas, the CPU is DOA, and RAM has become FUBAR. BIOS is ATFU and PCI went BOE. I know the feeling and feel your pain, Spyro. Alicat the Persnikitty *thanks for all the wonderful replies...just don't ask me what those acronyms mean* [This message has been edited by Alicat (edited 03-05-2000).] |
