On the Zephyrs warm breath, Floats the life giving balm, Bidding the Flora awake, With a tender Spring Psalm. "Arise my Beloved Stretch forth to the sky, Terra Firma reclothe, Bring much Joy to the eye!" "With colors of the rainbow, Ye flowers shine too, Bring forth all thy Beauty, Sing Springs' Song anew!" "Ye animal kingdom, Arise and awake, Share in Springs' Glory, Thy slumbers forsake!" "Let the birds and insects, Join also in the fun, That All may Rejoice, Spring now has begun!" 2-28-2001 [This message has been edited by Dennis L. White (edited 02-28-2001).] |

Dennis, this is lovely, maybe one of the best of yours I've read! And you have indeed been missed here! Maybe spring WILL come after all. To love another person is to see the face of God. - Les Miserables Marilyn |

Dennis; I just reread these poetic words once more, and I feel that, in my excitement, didn'T get to tell you how truly beautiful this poem is. It surely reads like a Psalm of David, with a dash of "Song of Songs"! You have said in the past, that I have inspired you, now it is your turn to inspire me. The poem I posted here, "Immortal Symphony", I wrote after reading this poem. Thank you for the inspire! Love, Ellie A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |

Dennis, You are truly the poet, I never was-I am awed by your wonderful poetic visions & clarity. You are definitely getting better & better. I am not envious only Proud, to be your Brother. Love always, David No Better Place do I know Than where Hearts knit as one, For in that grand experience, The Better ALL become. God Bless us All!!! |

I love your poetry cos it always seems to be tied in with nature, and this is no exception. Roll on spring Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning. |
