Midnight hues surrounded,
And shadows surrounded that,
The glaring beam burned,
For not to go unnoticed,
Showed all its full face,
And merely compilmented by the stars,
A feeling of uneaseness settled,
The mist seeped though clarity,
Now surrounding the shadows,
The face will lie hazy,
Will now guide you through,
The pits and the dangers,
Until you reach your home.

Dear Maria; this is so lovely...heavenly enchanting...ellie

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

Very pretty, Maria.  I had to read it twice to get the full effect. Sure is nice to have that full moon to light the night.

To love another person is to see the face of God.
