just once...just once before i die i want someone to acknowledge my heart this acknowledgement must be in the form of utter and complete devotion i want someone to completely understand what it is that i have to provide the immense love i have has never been harnessed by one person yet most people turn it into a "he's a great guy...a great friend" not one person, to this day, has said that my love is something that has caused them to stop and think - "is this the perfect person for me?" i wonder...does my heart, what i understand is my heart - my love...does it appear somehow different to others do others perceive my heart differently than what i know it is? does my heart appear so commonplace that it is in no way of any desire to anyone? i would like to believe that no heart is ever commonplace strangely, this is the impression i get someday soon i hope to have answers to my questions and wishes until then i'll continue being friend to many, love to none |

Being friends is a very good start, I'm sure you'll find all you want. Niice Poem btw  Sometimes you have to let go and move on, But never let go of the memories. |

Hi! I liked your poem,although it is sad,that someone has not looked in your Heart and Soul and see what a wounderful human being you are. I can relate to your delemma,for I have suffered the same alienation.I feel that is it the worlds' loss if they have not given me a chance to show what riches I have to offer them. I am poor financially,but have the 'pot o'gold' at the end of the rainbow,if only given a chance to present this part of me. Hang in there,Love may be right around the corner! GBU! Brenda H. |

I think there may be a lot of us on here who have felt something similar to this. In fact, I also wrote on a similar theme, something I may post sometime.
