Hi! This poem is dedicated to my friend and anyone who is plagued with this horrible disease.

There is a disease called Menieres'
Haunting as a floating elusive dream
The cries of pain, deep in ones' soul
A life of normalcy, the ultimate goal!

Losing control,is an awesome horror!
Always wondering what holds tomorrow
To live with Menieres',it is told
One must be courageous and so bold!

There is always the question, like "Why?"
While turning a blind eye to the sky
Please help me to truly understand
God,tell me,"What have you planned?"

Everyone lives in the world day by day
All one can do is bow heads and pray
Carry our pain,as well as the tears.
"What is this disease called Menieres'?"

Brenda H.

The poem was good. I hope you're friend gets better, although I do not know much about this disease. I do hope that he/she does prevail mentally over it.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Yeah, I hope she gets better too.

Sometimes you have to let go and move on,
But never let go of the memories.
