One dark cold night there was a knight
Who thought he’d like to pick a fight
Because he wasn’t very bright our knight
You see

Our bold knight dressed as the night
Picked a fight with the knight in white
But the knight in white didn’t want to fight
Did he

The knight in white asked the knight of night
'Why 'said he 'do you want to fight?'
To the knight in white it didn’t seem right
To flee

Our brave knight thought of his plight
He thought it only right to fight
Because he was a bold brave knight
His plea

Thinking quick the knight in white
Said ‘It is very cold this night’
‘Couldn’t we fight another night’?
Said he

The big brave knight dressed as the night
Trying to hide is obvious fright
Turned to the knight dressed all in white
And he

Agreed to postpone his call to fight
He agreed it was very cold that night
These two brave knights would have to fight
And see

Who was the bravest of all knights?
But not tonight another night
These friendly knights were a lovely sight
To see

This fable of the friendly knights
Has passed into the book of nights
And if you read it right..... tonight
You’ll see

Upon page one seven bold knights
Who decided not to fight at night!
They call them now a WEAK of knights
Yipeee!

hehe, love this one

You have a fortunate nephew.  This is a delight, and I can imagine a child would really enjoy it. It's rather reminiscent of Lewis Carroll laced with Ogden Nash.
