yes Jon, you caught me again, awake too early I had a bit of a problem last Friday night here and it left me in some pain..so I have been trying and hoping ice packs would relieve the aching...maybe today will be the beginning of the good feelings..but I can only hope...thanks for reading my small contributions...I did write a longer one in Open for a change...
