Lord, I simply pray tonight That You could help me win this fight You see, often is exactly what it's not For me to win in battles I've fought But this one, Lord, means so much more I'm fighting for something I truly adore If You could help me win just this one I'd declare, this battle, by You, was won Lord, I promise, I wouldn't ask for more This one thing could open so many doors And, oh, how my heart would soar like a dove If I could just win, this battle called love Eventually, all dreams come tru.
