I have never seen your face
Except in the photos you send
And though we speak of fantasy
I know this is not pretend

Sometimes I wish the Internet
Wasn’t the only place we could meet
I wish we could sit together
Have a drink or something to eat

Who’s to say where this will lead
Now that we’ve taken this start
So many miles separate us
Maybe in distance, but never in heart

Another devine poem from the DeVine one! (I know it's supposed to be spelled "divine" but "devine" would mean anything near that level written by someone called Sharon...)

Beautiful job (as usual), and very inspiring! I'm in awe!

...mmmff...rrrggghh...and I'm stuck! HELP!!

~Sharon~

The first thought in my mind when I finished reading this poem was "leave it to Sharon to perfect a challenge and then add her own unique creativity to it."  Excellent poem!
Girl, you have more talent in your baby finger than I do in my whole body!  As always, you're an inpsiration, my friend

PDV a wonderful poem. It is hard to believe that you can connect to people from your computer screen until it happens to you. much enjoyed.
