whitest blanket folds
comes the rain and flowers nod
flutter leaves to fly

I like both haikus, but, I love the second, very well done!  Challenge well met my friend

love the line:"whitest blanket folds"....describles snow-capped landscape very well  indeed

very clever with the second haiku....will offer this for you

this is abbreviated version of haiku(3-5-3)...hope u like it...
