To My Valentine

Once upon
A time
There was
Truth to the
Myth of what
You
And I
Had found
In a blank paged
Fairy tale.

Snow white
Doesn't sleep
In a casket made of
Glass
Slippers will break
If you wear them.

Walk across this
Written word
With fingers
Gently
Seeking
Loving
You
And me
No more.

He loves
Me
He loves me!
Not…
Enough.

To:
My Valentine
Will you
Be mine
No longer…

So sad   < !signature-->

You got to get up every morning with a smile on your face
and show the world all the love in your heart
Then people are gonna treat you better
You're gonna find, yes you will
That your beautiful as you feel. Carol King

Thanks everyone. This kind of helped get of of the "poetry slump" I was in, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

That's certainly a twist away from our normal valentine's isn't it? haha....This is sad, but well done.

Wow very sad here.
I liked this one tons though!
