Their eyes aglow
searching the skies
for a man they dream of
his jolly laugh
merry red suit, red cheeks
they long to see him
his large sleigh and reindeer
for he holds their gifts
personally made by elves
they heard the stories
but they believe in the unbelievable
young and old gather
under blankets in chairs
drinking hot chocalate
sitting by the fire
some sitting in crowded rooms
where just their visions of a tree grow
they all believe in one man
who will bring them joy on this one day
they day they will open up their gifts
a squel of delight and a simple card signed
"From Mr. & Mrs. Claus"
there hearts hopes came true
on that christmas night
once again a jolly man and his reindeer
came around the world and delivered
beutiful gifts, unfailing will he go
They believe with open ears and eyes
