This poem is dedicated to my Mother who passed away and took her home in Heaven when I was two years of age.  -Bob

Mother's Nursery Rhyme

There's a tie between Mother
That passes beyond death
While sleeping in night watches
I swear I've felt her breath
Reading till the morning
Rises gently on the wall
The tender voice of Mother
Does seldom words recall
I know she speaks with wisdom
The stories of the ages
For in my heart her love remains
On sentimental pages
She talks through the rainbow
The ocean and the brook
And all that Nature holds so close
Is written in her book
The tender voice of Mother
Still holds her baby dear
And reads of rest that I be blessed
And know that Christ is near.

(tears fall down my cheeks) God Bless You, sweet friend, this poem is so sad but so very beautiful! (big hugggsssss) I'm so sorry you had to go through such an early loss, but I know deep down with all my heart your mother will always love you so so much, and she will always be so happy to have you and her nursery rhymes of rainbows will always shine in your heart! God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much, you have a very loving and compassionate heart like a true angel! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Robert, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Bob, this is a beautitul tribute to your mother. I still feel close to my mother, too. I believe that our mother's spirits are alive and well, waiting for us to join them.

A mother's love, like God's love, is a constant no matter what.  This is a beautiful tribute to your Mom, and also to your Dad, who must have helped keep her alive in your heart. Linda
