I accept All that is offered. All that is laid before me. All that I will never understand. But not from you...You are history I have chosen to seek His mercy. You cannot change me. You cannot control me. You will never own me. I will lay down and die For those I love. And if I need to give towards man kind He is the replenisher of everything I will lose. For I will do. What ever strikes me in my heart to do. Because you are late in your attempts. You are quiet and sneaky in your lament. You are already the dead of the darkest hour. No longer am I attracted to your wealth and power. What could you possibly offer me? Except the acceptance of the end. And even if you do not, You will dry up and become dust. The very thing He created us from. We will never speak, except when I cast you away. We will never again hide together in courtship. I will never belong to you. I have found another. And He is the one for me. So, show not your face. In any part or any place of my life. Because you and I are over! And I will still be here standing strong. When you come back for others. Love always in the Spirit of God, Rwood |

Glory to God! Our victory over our old so-called lover is found in Jesus Christ and his cross. Stephen. |

Thanks everyone! A little edgey. But I wrote this as a way of handling life's questionable questions. Like the ones we deal with in everyday life. "Don't you think she is seeing a little too much of the boss lately?" "Isn't that kid rough? I heard he had a bad reputation in school!" "He is a drunk why do you talk to him" So instead of proving my rep and faith, I will listen to my heart and not others for my walk in life. Because even when they know I don't deal in gossip or judge my fellow man they persist. And this clouds my own judgement. So I cut it off at the source! And let God tell me what to say. Make sense? Tell me what you think. With all things considered, why not God? |
