Why Do I Garden?

I garden because I see
the beauty of God's creation
in every flower
in every tree
~*~
In the garden the winds of peace flow
perfecting harmony
alone with God
no other do I need
~*~
God's gift of love is planted in my soul
maybe I can plant another seed
so others too may see
how refreshing is the beauty
from just one tiny seed

You're a girl after my heart. I just came in from bing on my knees in the garden. It is a sort of prayer, I think. Joyce

I love to see all the flowers, and I'm a true Nature lover, but I can't keep the poor things alive.

What a peaceful picture you've made, alone in the garden with God, marveling at all He makes out of our tiniest efforts. Thank you.
