I love you so much I never even knew The treasure I found when I found you I hold you in my heart but I need you in my life How do I change this from wrong and make it right? I need your warmth to surround me till time can set us free I pray for a miracle as your words crush me We can't be together, your mind is telling you If I could open your heart, you would see the truth |

Hi am am a new member here and I love to write poetry even though I am not very good...I thought both of your poems are great and I know how that poem feels to someone who is experiencing that. Me and my b.f of 7 months broke up on Tuesday and it really hurts me. I even thought of killing myself but we agreed to be close friends but it is very hard for me not to want to be with him 24/7. Thanx your poem was great... |

Ladies take it from a man that has had two failed marriages, take your time, wait for the right one to come along, don't just settle for just anyone, believe it or not there is indeed true happieness out there!!! |

Thanx for the responses...Erynn thank YOu for reading my poetry and praising them. I relize I'm not real high on all the vocabulary as some of the other poets in here, but all poems that let the feeling the writer is experiencing show thorugh, then it is a poem worthwhile. I'm so sorry about your boyfriend. E-mail me sometime, we could talk. |
