A link to link was slowly clinging
I was beginning to submerse
I fell in love and kept on falling
The time was crawling in reverse
The fall has blessed me with a curse
It planted verses in my chest
My soul—enthralled began to sink
I was obsessed and couldn’t think
Not knowing what the day might bring
I welcomed winter...
Without a rest, I swayed and lingered,
While being banded to my nest
I saw a road, and yet I hindered
Anticipating in a worry
The blurry figure of the spring
