Forgive me Dear friends, forgive my write of true. It was never really meant for you. But the people here are so very kind, I just let it slip right out of my mind. It's something I have to deal and do Nothing really to do with you. My head's gone with the rest of wars dead, But the body goes on and it must be fed. I love you all the more each day And I'll be more careful in what I say. Some things were never meant for print. Really, truly not even a hint. It was wrong to pass this heads invasion, Neither here nor there on any occasion. I'll write again but of lighter cheer, More likely of love, then lonely fear. I thank you so for the patience you show And I'll try to keep, this head in tow. |

No forgiveness is needed. If a poet can't bare the soul and write from deep within, what is the point? Write on, Seymour...about anything you want to! Love ya! Denise |

Seymour: Those with the deepest pain are often the most reluctant to share it... but do realize that friendship isn't just for fair weather - we'll gladly lighten any burden we can... even if we can't do anything more than offer a listening ear. *S* |

Seymore...we have all written of sadness, of loss, of hate, of anger, of love, of friendship and everyother possible feeling that one can feel. A poet should write without checking his words. |

Dont hold anything back, seymour! Because then the poem doesnt describe you...then the poem is worthless...excellent job! "I wont look back, I wont regret, though it hurts like hell someday I will forget" |

Sy, I think your head is doing fine It's filled with gnomes more sharp than mine Since what you say is really true Then it's an honor to know you If poetry comes from the heart And from these thoughts you cannot part They should also be set free To wander through your poetry It's part of you and how you live So then what is there to forgive? Love ya, Liz |

But there is nothing to forgive, Sy. *smile* I agree with Suthern - I'm your friend during the storms too, not just the sunshine. K |

On the contrary, Sy. I feel very priveledged to share in all of your beautiful works. It is easy to share joy, but pain is personal. Thank you, dear poet, for sharing it with me. |

You have nothing to apologize for, Sy. One should always write for themselves first, for how can the passion of our work be genuine if not. I find your work stunning. I hope you never change your styule to appease others. Michael |

Seymour:...My friend, if I was never to post a single poem on how I felt, I'd never post at all but in doing so, I believe, I let people see a part of me, not seen by many...I like to read how people feel, even if not about themselves because I'm a people person and always will be.. HUGS Yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream... |

Denise the sweet, I'll build a fire at your feet, not to near And I'll poet you whatever you'd like to hear. *L* Suthern, I know about friendship I know your there. And if I have to land, it will be some where near. *L* Hoot, I really do not check my words, Neither will I take your hand and lead you to hell. *L* Sy Starboards, There are some places blacker than black If I lead you there we may not get back. Severn, I know severn high on the hill I see you there when the clouds are still. RSEvans, Thank you friend what you read was a spark in the dark. Michael, My soul friend to take your hand and lead you through hell, Would serve no purpose for you or me as well. Thank you just be my friend. RainbowGirl, I know your feel and honor its well, But there are no tourists trips to hell. *L* Sy Elizabeth, Last but not least my spirit of peace. Who would hold my hand through hades land. I am well even though my gnomes went to hell. I talked to them and they asked for forgive. and I said I would and I understood. So all we have to do is take it from there. And we'll both smell the roses in the air. Love ya Sy [This message has been edited by Seymour Tabin (edited 12-21-1999).] |

Sy, I don't quite understand your need to apologize....your work is most beautiful and eloquent no matter what the subject matter!! A soul that writes from the heart and shares it, truly gives a gift extraordinaire! Shannon |

Seymour--I have cried so many poems and wept so many words--many times I write a silly song of fiction, just to circumvent the pain I sometimes cannot say. I just want you to know that I am glad to read you posted here, whatever form, you are a wonder. |
