Street Musician William "Bill" Kennedy of Redding, PA and talent extraordinary remembers not locking his front door nor knows if it will ever unlock again. For the sounds of the melodies from the weathered violin drifting across the canal echoing off ancient stone walls in Annecy make him at home wherever he plays. Robert if you can dream; you can fly...if you are flying; you are dreaming. |

Excellent. Robert. Musicians, and poets, can be home anywhere. Their home is in their mind. |

I met this guy in Annecy, France. He was quite a charactor!! I didn't know his real name....I made up one and let him read this poem. His face got red and said...."William "Bill" Kennedy..... yeah, that'll work". Then he said as he looked out the window, "You know....it does echo off the stone walls." He packed his bag and left the Youth Hostel 5 minutes later. Robert if you can dream; you can fly...if you are flying; you are dreaming. |
