You loved me with all the finality of a funeral But i want to be back in that parlor that in between place Where i was a decision in your head a decision of your heart Where finality has no sense of direction either way And I can lie silently between your thoughts because there i can grow But when the decision is made I am put to rest |

Until that decision is made, we can always hope it will be in our favor... well done! [This message has been edited by suthern (edited 11-29-1999).] |

This I enjoyed. Yes, I think it is sad. but I also feel an element of hope. That's why we hang on! |

Carmen - I like this so much. It sure creates the image very well. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

This one is very touching and sad. Not as off the wall as the others. But i enjoyed it. |

This came from the heart...about being in limbo with a true love. (or so i thought) |

What a way to put that! You've explained it well. I hope the decision comes as you'd like it! <*\\\>< Jesus is the reason for the season |

This is really deeper than it appears on the surface. Excellent poem. To the world you might be just one person but to one person you might just be the world. |
