I think this is a Cinquain....I wrote one too and posted it in Open.  My first one!!!  They're fun aren't they??  I really like yours too!!!

Amen -- you're right on the money here. And they're definitely fun to play with, aren't they? You can get such emphasis in such a small poem! A lot of bang for your buck with this form, for sure.
