Who you are To the naked eye Your looks can be deceiving But it takes a listener Someone who cares Who wants to get to know you To see you for who you are Not for what they think you are Or want you to be Because when they know you For who you are Your looks from the outside don’t matter For no matter what they say Beauty comes from the inside And the outside is just a little package Waiting to be opened It takes someone that knows the feeling Of being ignored Alone To understand what you say What you mean Finding this person may be hard It could be months Or maybe years But you will find that person Who will listen to you And see your true beauty |

Fantasticall lovely poem. I really really like it. You are just so right. I am lucky: I found someone who cared enough to look within me and help me find the beauty I have within. I love the poem. PLEASE write another really soon-I am waiting for it! ![]() |
