You always talk about Him and you You don’t know how much it hurts me To sit and listen And pretend to be happy for you It’s like salt in an open wound I see him and you Sitting together, so happy While I sit alone, so sad Do you even notice? Do you even care? Do you even know I’m there? Do you know, that when you’re there Being so happy with him When I know I’ll never have the one I love That I think about quitting Ending it all Would you even care? Or would you just sit some more With the one you love? Or think you love... Before, the answer would be easy But now, I don’t know I just don’t know "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world" |

Very well done. This style seems to suit you very well, you write very powerfully with it. It is very hard to see the one you want with another. I wish you luck. I am not a poet, I am merely one who speaks in emotion |

Great poem! I can feel the pain in it. You might wanna listen to LeAnn Rimes "Big Deal." Could cheer ya up. It's kinda funny. ![]() |

Good peom - speaks powerfully of a pain that we all have experienced at some time. |
