It hurts so much that I can't cry I feel so much that I'm numb My life is gone, the slamming of a door It's all over in just a few words I have destroyed the only thing I have ever loved Such a short time, All my hopes and dreams are gone The very breath I take has disappeared Left behind, nothing, just a black hole A void in my life My life is right now, there is no tomorrow I couldn't bear to face the day My life has ended and I am at fault My selfishness and lies have led me to this point I can't go on with this Or without the piece I am missing The one who makes me whole |

Thank you. I wrote this when my boyfriend and I broke up. Needless to say, we got back together, but I could tell he saw how much it hurt me after he read this. Thank you, though |
