Anxiety is high doubts are set what ifs have been thought but still you are shy Decisions are made feelings are hurt insults are said and paths have been laid And time rolls on and you learn new things your body gets older and you lose romance but you gain new freinds and your mind gets wiser it goes so fast but time rolls on.. you meet the one but you hesitate and after somtime you know shes the one you face new problems and you think you should run but you stick around because the world scares you to live all alone without the ones you love And time rolls on and you learn new things your body gets older and you lose romance but you gain new friends and your mind gets wiser it goes so fast but time rolls on... |

love this poem, especially stanza 4 about hesitating in love and being alone. says it all. great work. |

Looks OK to me... but 50 minutes from posting to questioning why / if nobody likes it is not much time. Sometimes it takes a whole day or two and then it takes off. Relax - the poem's fine.. keep on creating. Kevin "Poetry is, at once, what you get... and how you got there." |

Word of advice.... Just because no one comments on a work, dosen't meen people don't like it or haven't read it. If you try posting replys to other peoples work first, they will then look for yours to comment on. That's how this works. Try it... you'll see. Anyway, good job, keep up the work and posting. |
