TIME i am what is, what was, and what always will be i am always there, yet yet you cannot see me when the day is gone, still i linger on some consider me a friend, some are not so bold some consider that my worth is equal to that of gold some people try to break my grasp, by inventing new nechines others try to put me off by freezing themselves it seems bit in the end, i always win, i always get what i want so remeber that, when you've grown old, and your lifeline has drawn taunt always follow your heart, never follow others unless it is truely where you want to go, and never give up a dream, maybe just set it aside...:) |

Hi CLBinLOVE That was beautiful. I guess it gives a different view to saying Time and tide waits for no man. Sincerely A_L |

This is absolutely great and true!!! I hate time so much...especially when I have to get up in the morning. It's funny, I was thinking yesterday how the world would be without clocks...thw world would be in a mess(i mean worse than it is now) or maybe not! Excellent poem!!!Keep up the good work! |

Hey I really like yer poem. The idea is great. In fact I wrote one with the same title in January. I'm not gonna post it cause I don't wanna seem competative, but I'd like you to read it and give me yer input if ya could. Rolling beyond the boundries of comprihension it enters every oorephus of everything. Never yeilding to any reason, rhyme, or mercy it exits of resistence and soars on. Creating vallies in the mountais made of steel it gashes along, tracing not a hitch. Creating oceans of life in the vallies of death it works it's healing, leaving not a stich. Leading on in a tyrany of resentment, it cannot parist to the fury of anyone. Followong itself in an infinate cycle it intertwines itself with everyonel. Never having experienced a birth of it's own, bring the world so many children. Never dying or even possesing a weakness, slaughtering everything else's existence. Jeremy D. Halstead |

I like this poem a lot. The first two lines are the best, but it's all good. Keep writing! -Matchstick |
