|The way of the skateboard|
since 2000-03-23Posts 235
Ah, the days, when I'm on my skateboard
I feel like flying, or just sitting around
When I'm on my board, the world is my playground
I dont view structures like your normal man
I see stairs and rails, as spots where I can
skate to my hearts content
and content it will be, everytime
I step on my board
Its a new type of sport
no teams, or competing
just me and my board
a most challenging feeling
No one cares whos the best
We just go for the leisure
A family of skaters
We are in it together...
Lucidity is the answer to all problems

This is a good poem (I love skateboarding), but you have broken a forum rule. I have e-mailed you, to explain this in more detail.

i like this. i have a friend who feels the same way, and it is interesting to see this unusual type of joy in words.
