Well this poems for my best friend that's moveing away and i hope she come's back to visit me... I'll miss her very much.. Like a needle in a haystack true friends are really hard to find. That's why I so thankful that I can call you mine. Whenever I needed a shoulder you're there to chatch my tears. You've kept my many secrets throught the passing years. You've been there through my success You've withnessed my defeats. I'll remember the good times we shared and pray that the bed ones don't repeat themselves. With you my heart is honest but there's only one thing I never have told you. Thank you for everything you've done- there's no one else like you. |

 distance shouldn't effect a friendship that should really be  beautiful tribute...if a friend is worth writing a poem over...then they must have an impressive impact on your life Bec i never thought i'd die alone, i laughed the loudest who'd have known? i traced the cord back to the wall, no wonder it was never plugged in at all i took my time, i hurried up the choice was mine i didn't think enough I'm too depressed to go on, you'll be sorry when i'm gone I never conquered, rarely came 16 just held such better days Days when i still felt alive, we couldn't wait to get outside The world was wide, too late to try The tour was over i'd survived I couldn't wait till i got home, to pass the time in my room alone I never thought i'd die alone, another six months I'll be unknown Give all my things to my friends, you'll never set foot in my room again You'll close it off, board it up Remember the time i spilled the cup Of apple juice in the hall, please tell mum this is not her fault I never conquered, rarely came But tomorrow holds such better days Days when i can still feel alive, when i can't wait to get outside The world was wide, the time goes by The tour is over, i've survived I can't wait till i get home, to pass the time in my room alone 'Adam's Song' Blink 182 |

When someone who you love very much, and who has always been there with you through everything you've dealt with, leaves, it hurts more than almost anything else. Isn't it funny that boyfriends and girlfriends never last, popularity and "in-crowds" never last, but friendship can last forever? I hope you and your friend keep in touch and stay close after she moves, and I love your poem, it's just beautiful. Lyric~ thank you very much for thoes kind words, it really means something in the way you said it. I do see that boyfriend and girlfriend relationship doesn't last that long once there split up but w/their best friend whom ever that may be it last forever! but its kinda hard as i said befor to let go of her. We have never been apart!! and i hurt very much! but i'm making every moment w/her locked inside of my heart and in my head!! But as i said again its hard just to see her from day to day because i know that when i come to school one of these days she'll no longer be there and my heart will then again break into two piece's and i have to mend it back together... anyway thanks for the compliments on the poem...!! |

Once you find that special friend, you almost have a guarantee theyll be your friend for a very long time. dont ever give up on your friendship. I've done it many times and regret it now!! Luv-heatherbear |

Heatherbear~~~ I do agree w/you but right now she's acting really mean towards everyone except some people!! she's not taking anything to serious, so i'm afraid that she know's its comeing close for her to leave and she's pushing me away!! but i guess she need's to do what she need's to do! so i'll be here if she needs me but i can't hold on to her if she doesn't want me to! Thanks for the reply!! |
