Im turning my back on you, its not my fault, you said were through, You have pushed me as far as you can, You have almost took everything from this man, Now i am moving on, Mabye now you will realize what is gone, So now i say goodbye, I have gave up, not willing to try, Farewell to you and all your hate, I am getting out of this depressing state, You can have your mind games back, Soon it will be me that you lack, You only messed with my head, Made me wishing that I was dead, So now I am living life like I need to, I have now figured out, I do not need you. Wow what a change from the other poems you've written. I'm thinking maybe you have moved on and realized she's not worth all the turmoil you have caused yourself? Well keep up the writing. Hi Jimmy!! Er, methinks I seem to have started with the wrong poem...if Isabelle's reply is anything to go by, there is a whole story behind this strong move you have made. I think it is a good thing that you were able to realize that you can make it with out this person, that there IS a life after love. It is a hard thing to realize, and we don't always want to admit it, but like you said, it's time to move on |

Very powerful and very sad. Saying goodbye is never easy but often nessessary. I feel that there was so much passion and thought that went into this, it felt like...there are no words to describe it but I thank you very much for sharing it with us. I once read that 'love is the sole purpose in life and if you can say that you have loved, truly loved, then you my friend are the luckiest man alive.' This is true in many ways. And I hope that you may be the luckiest man alive and find true love. If you ever need to talk, I'm always here. |
