OK, this poem is about the love of my life, I haven't really spoken to him more then 20 words, but I really love him, I don't know how it's possible, next year he will go to America and study there for a year (I live in Belgium) Can someone help me?
I really, really love him.I'm afraid to really fall in love with someone, because I don't wanna get hurt, that's maybe I try not to see this guy, but every time I see him,...

   and I don't even know you,

   I knew we were ment to be together

so if I would know you
   I would fall completely in love
you would steal my heart away
   and take it with you to America
I would follow it,
   but I can't,

You have been given some very good advice here, I hope you listen. I have something to add but I am not sure you will like it. How can you love someone who you have not spoken more then 20 words to? I understand infatuation and chemistry but true love takes time to build. If you feel this strongly already can you afford to risk not finding out? It is only a year and the time will help to make things clearer in both of your minds. It is always better to take the risk and know one way or another then to wonder for the rest of your life.
