When I fall in love

Many times I thought I loved.
But always it turned out that my feelings where just shoved.
Once I couldn’t eat,
I couldn’t sleep,
I couldn’t even wheap.
I thought I loved him,
But it was all a dream.

Now I’ve realized what truelove really is.
Love isn’t just a couple of sweet words and a kiss.
When I fall in love,
I feel as I’ve been smitten with Cupid’s arrow from above.

When I fall in love,
My heart goes week.
My knees begin to tremble.
And as I hear him speak,
I ask myself “Is love a gamble?”

Now you’ve come along in my life.
And I’m afraid to fall in love.
Your words are sweet.
Your kiss is even sweeter.
You say what we have is true.
But I’m afraid to fall in love with you.

I don’t want to go through the same thing again.
I’ve had to so many times,
And it all turned out to be lies.
Because when I fall in love,
I’m not only in heaven above,
I’m in hell paying for his love.

PLEASE,
Don't confuse LOVE
with LUST.
They are two completly
diferent polar ends,
and almost a sin
to call one the other.
You write well
and share your heart the same.
