I have all these tears
hiding behind my eyes,
trying to force their
way onto my face.

Nothing has been better
for me before,
but yet a part of me
wants to let tears flow.

I've never been happier,
never more in love,
but yet there's something
not quite right.

I feel these tears burning,
and though I try my best
to keep them hidden,
the dam holding them back breaks.

I wish I knew
what it is that's making me cry,
but I wish it would stop,
because I don't like all these tears.

Sounds like your heart knows something that you head doesn't. Two opposing forces at work causing that tear surge, I suspect.
"but yet, there's something not quite right". That something is probably unequal committment to the relationship.
Just gazing into my foggy crystal ball here
LOL.

Your eyes just seem to want to cry,
And yet your mind dosn't know why.
I have been so sad before,
To me, crying was something to deplore.
But it felt so good to let it out,
To talk to a friend who was about.

But as always, we are here for ya.

lately i have been crying non stop...but i am so happy....happier than i have ever been before. i think it is relief. relief that i have finally found a special someone, and to them i am special too

perhaps Danny is right here...but on the other hand it could be because you are over happy and the feeling is unknown to you

whatever you find it to be...good luck

Thank you both for replying.
I think you both may be right about the whole crying thing.
Being this happy is new to me,
and it scares me,
strange as it sounds.
But I don't think it has anything to do with something bad in my new relationship.
Everything in that department is all good.
