Okay first off I need to say that I just can't stay away from this place. Even when I should be doing work. Anywho, I got OH so bored in health class today, so I wrote a little poem while the nutrition expert talked and talked, I thought and wrote. I dedicate this to a friend who is going through some hard times. You know who you are. A hot wind blows across the wasted land, Dust blow and grit erodes the cliff, The bright red sun is a scorching orb, The land cries for drink. The dunes blow and twist, Writhe as a snake in fire, The wind howls in tortured pain. The land is baked and the wind is dry, The dust blows freely by, We shoulder our pack and bare on through, Suffer the pain in order to make it to you. ah.... Well if you ever need someone to lend an ear Kristi, I'm here. I've been told I'm a pro listener *shrugs* but, I'm really just a friend. That goes for everyone else out there too. "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." I am lost in my own mind. |
