This poem I wrote this morning for a friend I was talking to. She needed some cheering up. I wrote this for her, and it seemed to work. I hope it cheers you all up too. Also, I had to take out her name in a couple of places. Sing to the rising sun, And say fair well to the falling moon. For a new day comes, A new day, a new chance a new hope. Today is a day for new beginnings, Say goodbye to old misgivings, Goodbye to past mistakes, For today is a newday, And the future is what WE make it. "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." I am lost in my own mind. |

I like your poem, but there's still nothing good about mornings. It's all good if I could just wake up after 10, but with school it's 6:30-7:00... Icky... Wake me up this afternoon...... Oh, sorry DragonFang! I'm one of those cranky people in the morning! Love ya, Kristi Lynn |

Krista, I hate mornings too, but they do represent new beginnings, and truth be told it was 12:30 AM when I wrote it and hadn't gone to sleep yet To everyone else; thanks, I'm so glad you like it. I can but try to write poems that will be enjoyed. "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." I am lost in my own mind. |

I realize that mornings may represent new beginnings, but being the person I am, a new beginning doesn't start for me until I've been awake for at least 2 hours. I do see your point, don't get me wrong there... Love ya, Kristi Lynn  |
