There are dragon's to slay ( A villanelle )

Take heart mount up point your lance at the prey
The fields flow in red and the dead are dead.
Don't be passé there are dragons to slay.

Seek out their way and their lair and their lay.
Charge them and roust them until they have fled.
Take heart mount up point your lance at the prey.

Fight them and beat them with weapons that weigh.
Challenge them on land, on sea, or abed.
Don't be passé, there are dragons to slay.

Take courage, control and think not blasé.
All of the splay does not run with the red.
Take heart mount up point your lance at the prey.

There are dragons and dragons lunge touche.
The worst of their dread those stay in your head.
Don't be passé, there are dragons to slay.

Be brave no knave show your valor this day.
Your shield halos red strike hell for the dead.
Take heart mount up point your lance at the prey
Don't be passé, there are dragons to slay.

As usual, Seymour, a wonderful piece of poetry from you. Just remember that old saying~~

"Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!"

Sorry it took so long to answer.
Dr.Moose1,
High praise from one I admire.
Dsnyder,
This from one of your talent is praise indeed
DreamEvil,
I try to keep raising the bar, because I can't bend. Thank you so much.
Dragon,
A little bribe will get you everywhere.
Caroline,
I guess I'll have to hide the ketchup.
