I am here for you standing at your side walking WITH you now as friends without divide Please dont worry anymore I am not going to hurt you please dont fear anymore I'm with you, not against you I dont want these simple things to come between us now friends or whatever sometimes never sure just how You are special to me most areas understood I'm hearing what you told me and with me "its all good" I cant walk from you knowing that I didnt try I give you this, as my showing that promises dont die I promised I'd be here for you unless you told me no I'm trying not to show my pain but that too, I said you'd know I just see a friend who needs something in her life you're not quite sure what that should be acceptance or the "knife" I'm just trying to help you see problems dont just go away it hurts to deal with some sometimes and some you want to stay But if you let things pile too high you'll surely crash and burn I've been there, so I know these things and from my mistakes you can learn I dont want to see you go I dont easily give up but if you now have changed your mind just tell me to shut up I see "need" and I see pain but I've left it up to you you told me not to go before so thats why I hold true Everything can be so easy if we work these few things out but if you dont want to try tell me, so I'm not left out So please just know, I say as a friend I'm not turning on you I'm not the enemy, I'm not the foe I'm walking next to you. ------------------ Life is what you make of it... Not what you let it be |

Thank you, thank you, thank you. This poem brought tears to my eyes...not just because it was beautifully written, not just because it was beautiful, but because, Brian, I have never had anyone touch my heart the way you just did...through sincere friendship. :~* |
