Your Garden by ©R. Budig 1998 I walked in your garden today It was full of red bunch-o-hearts And pretty blue dream-bells And soft green pillow-moss I found where you laid your head And slept the long night through Where you dreamed dreams Of life’s enchanted moments Of hearts filled with love Of souls seeking tomorrow And where, like morning dew, God’s sweet grace enveloped you |

WOW I almost didn't open this poem, what bad luck for me if I hadn't. This was neat, it kind of had a feel of the old greats Keep up the great work. X ------------------ "We have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night" (Tombstone epitaph of two amateur astronomers) |

I have to agree with XAngel...it does remind one of the "old greats"! You have a good style. Nicely done! ------------------ "Tread softly, for I have spread my dreams under your feet"~~William Butler Yeats |
